UoSL Health Club
This is a club open to anyone who would like to improve their own fitness. It is run through drop in sessions with myself (Lucy) down in Gateway. I will be able to give you a personalized fitness assessment, nutritional advice, exercise programs and much more.
You will have a choice to come along to small support group meetings or be partnered up with a fellow student in a buddy system to help with motivation.
This service is essentially the same as I would give my own private personal training clients so it is professional, effective, safe and completely confidential.
